Dr. Roger Avecillas, PT, DPT

Roger Avecillas, PT, DPT, is an experienced physical therapist with over 12 years of clinical expertise in orthopedic care, sports injuries, manual therapy, and comprehensive rehabilitation. He brings a strong patient-centered approach to Expert Rehabilitation Group, supported by years of hands-on treatment experience in outpatient settings.

Dr. Roger has held key roles throughout his career, including center manager, director of rehabilitation, inclusion and diversity committee member, and originator of the High School Outreach Program which offers opportunities for high school students to experience the clinical environment in our offices. His background includes designing treatment plans, managing complex orthopedic cases, supporting athletes through injury recovery, and contributing to clinical research initiatives.

He earned his Doctorate from Seton Hall University and completed his Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Dr. Roger remains committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care that helps every patient regain strength, mobility, and confidence.
